Detailed Description

Calculates the Harmonic Wrapped Peak Similarity (HWPS) of input peaks.

Controls:

• mrs_bool/calcDistance [w] :when true, outputs Harmonically Wrapped Peak Distance instead of the Similarity (i.e. out = 1-HWPS)
• mrs_natural/histSize [w] : histogram number of bins when discretizing for cosine distance computation
